Aesthetic Vibe ("Aesthetic Vibe", "we", "us" or "our") is operated by SHENZHEN TOPVIEW TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Aesthetic Vibe application (the "App") collects, how we use and protect it, which permissions the App asks for and why, and the choices you have. Please read it carefully. If this Policy is updated, the latest published version prevails.
The App does not offer account registration and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts or social network profiles. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it only to reply to you.
The following information is collected automatically when you use the App:
Analytics events never include message content, contacts, photos, files, the names of apps installed on your device or your precise location. Payment details are handled entirely by Google Play; we never see your card number.
Your onboarding state, language and taste preferences, favorites, download records, search history, app settings, image cache, Chat Walls configuration (including any photo you chose as a chat wallpaper) and the list of installed apps used by the home screen are stored locally on your device in app-private storage and are not uploaded to us or anyone else. Wallpapers you download are saved to your device gallery at your request and remain under your control.
Chat Walls lets you show a wallpaper of your choice behind the conversation view of supported chat apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, LINE, Snapchat, Viber and Discord). Android offers no public interface for changing the background of another app, so Aesthetic Vibe uses an Android Accessibility Service solely to detect which of these seven apps is currently in the foreground (window-state change events, package name only) and to show or hide the wallpaper layer accordingly.
When Chat Walls is active, the App draws a small floating button over the chat app so you can return to Aesthetic Vibe. Nothing else is drawn over other apps. You can revoke this permission in system settings at any time.
If you choose to use one of your own photos as a chat wallpaper, the App asks for permission to read images on your device (on Android 14 and later you may grant access to selected photos only). Photos are processed on your device only and are never uploaded. The App does not scan or analyse your photo library.
Aesthetic Vibe can optionally act as your home screen. The App asks once, through the standard Android system page, whether you want to set it as the default home app. This is optional, you can decline, and you can switch back to your previous home app at any time in system Settings → Apps → Default apps. The App never changes the default home app without your action on the system page.
To show the app drawer, home-screen search, dock and social folder, the App needs to know which apps are installed on your device. This list is used on your device only and is never uploaded, shared or used for advertising or analytics.
Internet and network-state access are used to download wallpapers, ads and analytics; set-wallpaper permission applies wallpapers; Google Play Billing handles subscriptions. The App does not request access to your contacts, calendar, microphone, camera, SMS, call log, precise location or usage statistics.
The App shows ads (app-open, native, interstitial and rewarded video) served by Google AdMob. Rewarded videos are shown only when you choose to watch one to unlock a wallpaper. AdMob may use your advertising ID to show personalised ads where permitted. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation in your device's Google settings (Settings → Google → Ads). If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through a Google-certified consent form before serving personalised ads, and you can change your choice later in the App (Settings → Legal → Ads privacy options). Google's own privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Premium subscribers see no ads.
Aesthetic Vibe Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) sold and billed through Google Play. Google processes your payment and shares with us only the information needed to deliver the subscription: an order token, the product purchased, its status (active, cancelled, expired, refunded) and the purchase date. We never receive your payment card or bank details. Purchase and subscription-status events are recorded in our analytics (product ID and status only) to measure the service. Manage or cancel your subscription in the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We share data only as follows:
Our servers and service providers (including Google) may be located in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law, such as standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.
All data in transit between the App and our servers or our providers is protected with HTTPS/TLS encryption. App data is stored in app-private storage on your device. We apply appropriate physical, technical and procedural safeguards; however, no security system can prevent all potential breaches.
Analytics events are retained by Google Analytics for Firebase for no longer than 14 months, after which they are deleted or irreversibly aggregated; aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be kept for up to 24 months. Advertising data is retained by Google under its own policies. Subscription records are kept for as long as your subscription is active plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under the minimum age in your country). If we learn that we have received such information, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, announced inside the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
